this project was a week long challenge of critical design, to highlight and increase awareness of a current issue that i am passionate about through imagery, art and design.

Looking at the issue of global awareness amongst Americans I wanted to highlight the idea of idolizing America and comparing it to the rest of the world. This idea has many people close minded, shielded, and judgmental of other countries, cultures, and customs. My goal with this project was to encourage people to open their eyes and minds to everything the world has to offer.

Taking in all the considerations for this design, the final model holds the United States in the center, larger than all other countries. The surrounding countries are being held up by bases underneath America to give a sense of the support that these countries provide America. They are oriented in a way in which they revolve around America.
